# Where to see your payouts

> Find out where the money from your Jovvie card payments goes and where to check your payouts.

This page helps you find out where the money from your card payments goes and where to check on it. Jovvie does not pay you out directly. Card payments go to your account with your payment processor, and your processor sends the money to your bank. Jovvie Pay, Jovvie Checkout, and Jovvie Point of Sale do not show payouts or bank deposits.

Where you check your payouts depends on your processor. To find out which processor each product uses, see [Stripe and NMI: what’s different](https://docs.jovvie.com/payments/stripe-vs-nmi/).

## If you use Stripe

When you connect Stripe to Jovvie, you sign in to your own Stripe account (or create one). The card payments you take with Jovvie are paid into that Stripe account.

To see your payouts:

1. Sign in to your Stripe Dashboard with the Stripe account you connected to Jovvie.
2. Open your balance and payouts.

Stripe sends payouts to the bank account set in your Stripe account, on your payout schedule. To check or change your payout schedule or bank account, use your Stripe Dashboard.

## If you use NMI

When you set up your NMI merchant account, you enter your bank details under **Bank Account Details**. The money from your NMI card payments is deposited into that bank account.

To check a deposit, look at the statement for that bank account. If a deposit is missing, or you need to change the bank account, contact [Jovvie support](https://jovvie.com/support/).
