Jovvie Point of Sale cash till reports
The Cash Till report in your analytics lists every till session for the dates and stations you choose. It helps you review who opened and closed each till, how much cash was counted, and where the cash did not match.
The report shows what the register recorded when you opened and closed tills. It does not replace your Stripe or NMI payment reports. See POS reports in Analytics for sales reports.

Event History table
Section titled “Event History table”The Event History table lists the cash events for the sessions in the Cash Till Sessions table. The columns are Event ID, Session, Type, User, Amount, Note, and Date. Type is one of Opening Float, Cash Payment, Cash Refund, Paid In, Paid Out, Drop, Adjustment, or Close Count.
Use this table to find the entry behind a variance, such as a paid out with no note.
This table may not show every event for a session. Older events can be left out, so an event that is missing here may still have been recorded. For an open till, check the full list in the register’s Event History. For closed sessions, contact Jovvie support.
Find out why a till did not match
Section titled “Find out why a till did not match”- Find the session in the Cash Till Sessions table and note its Session ID.
- In Event History, look at the events for that Session.
- Check for a missing or doubled Paid In, Paid Out, or Drop, and read the notes.
- Check the cash orders for that shift. See See Point of Sale orders in your dashboard.
Cash sales and refunds only appear in a till session if the till was open when they were completed.
