Choose order status tabs in Jovvie Point of Sale

Choose which status tabs appear in the Jovvie Point of Sale register’s order list so staff can filter orders. Each station has its own tabs.

Before you start

• You need to be an administrator or shop manager.
• The order statuses come from your store, so any custom statuses you add there can be used here.

Choose the tabs

1. In your dashboard, go to POS > Stations.
2. Find the station and click Edit Station.
3. Open the Cart tab.
4. Find Order Status Filter Tabs.
5. In Status, choose a status for each tab you want to show. The tabs appear in the order of the rows.
6. Click Add Row to add a tab, or Remove to delete one.
7. Click Save.

The defaults are Pending payment, Processing, Completed, and Cancelled. Statuses you do not list are available under a More dropdown. On small screens, only the first two tabs show and the rest go under More. Duplicate statuses are ignored. If you remove every row, the register shows the four default status tabs again.

Staff who already have the register open may need to reload it to see changes.
